Shipping Issues
DEADLINES:
For birthdays and co-op classes, please specify the "gotta have by" date (usually the day before the event) and give us your phone number or email address.  If we can’t make your deadline, we can let you know so you can make other plans.  We are not responsible for delivery times, delays, etc., so PLEASE order well ahead of your required date. 

SPLIT SHIPPING:
If you would like for us to "split ship" your order (ship what we have now and ship the rest later), there will be a charge of $6.00 which you can add to your invoice at checkout.  Otherwise, the order will likely be held until the balance of the order comes in.  Usually this means a wait of about a week.

RUSH FEE:
For an additional $7.50, we will drop what we are doing and get your order out immediately.

HEAVY ITEM SHIPPING ALERT:
Due to the higher weight of the PP-PAPR, PP-SPEC, 9-BAS5, and certain other items, a $5.00 shipping surcharge will be added to all 2nd Day Air orders containing these items.  The $5.00 will apply to each Paper Pack in the order.  If ordering only one of these items, ground shipping charges will remain unaffected.  Multiple purchas (on the same order) of heavy items may affect ground shipping charges.  We will try to let you know if this happens.  NOTE:  This surcharge applies to AK, HI, APO, and out of country orders.

DELIVERY TIME:
We try to ship orders within a few days, but ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  If stock is expected any day, we may hold your order until filled.  2nd Day means the order will go out 2nd Day when we ship it, NOT that it will arrive 2 days after you call the order in.  When we are out of town (usually listed on our Schedule page), your order may be slightly delayed.

Placing an Order/Payment Methods
ON THE WEB:
Ordering  on-line with a credit card, Google Checkout or PayPal is the easiest way.   Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.  Discrepancies will be corrected prior to the order being shipped.

BY MAIL:
Fill in the order form (or use a piece of whatever paper you happen to have laying around), enclose your check, money order, or credit card info, stick the form in an envelope and mail it to us. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, phone, email, etc. (and anything else you would like for us to know about you).

VOICEMAIL TIPS:
Speak clearly.  Spell your name, street, and town (especially unusual names).  Include your phone number & email address in case we have a question.  List item number, description, & quantity.  Give your credit card information.  It’s safe to leave this information on our voicemail, and your order will be delayed if you omit this information.

Age Levels
Age level guidelines are on some of our products because manufacturers list them and many parents want them.  Products without age guidelines are considered age appropriate for all levels.  We hope that these are helpful and not limiting.  After all, one does not stop enjoying Touchabubbles precisely at age 10.  So please take the age level guidelines for what they are…guidelines!  (For chemistry labs, science project kits, and dissection labs, please pay close attention to the age level designations.)

Poster Pricing Alert
All orders which include posters as well as other items now have an additional shipping charge of $7.50 for the posters, which are shipped separately from the rest of your order.  These gorgeous items have gotten expensive for us to carry, so when they are gone, they are gone!

References to Evolution
We are a Christian company handling both Christian and secular books.  Some of our products are  creation based, or creation neutral (that is, it isn't addressed one way or the other).  Some, will contain a reference to evolution, such as "billions of years", etc. 

Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. The easiest way to notify us is to simply use the Opt Out feature at the bottom of the email.
